I'm proud to have carried on my father's tradition for almost 20 years.

Since the age of 5, I have been watching my father, Sal Scavone, make pizza in his many pizzerias — including Original Italian Pizza (O.I.P)

What kid doesn't want to grow up like their father? I was lucky enough to have my father teach me the trade. At 18 years old, I owned and operated my first restaurant, "La Villa", which my father set up for me. I was young, but very prepared.
